Glossary, danchi general:

団地 = danchi だんち = housing complex / housing estate / complex / housing estate / housing development (generally referring to those built by governmental housing agencies)
団地萌え = danchi moe = danchi love / interest
団地案内図 = danchi guide map / danchi information map (most danchi have maps near the entrances showing the location of the various buildings and the surrounding streets)
住棟番号 = danchi building numbers (displayed on the side of most danchi buildings)

Glossary, danchi synonyms and similar forms:

住宅 = jutaku じゅうたく = housing, dwelling, dwelling house, residential building
集合住宅 = shugo jutaku (shūgō jūtaku) = multiple‐dwelling apartment complex / collective housing / apartment houses
舎宅 = shataku = residence
社宅 = shataku しゃたく = company / corporate housing (link 1; link 2; link 3)
宿舎 = shukusha しゅくしゃ = dormitory, lodging house, living quarters
公務員 = komuin = civil servant (as in 公務員宿舎 Kōmuin shukusha “civil servant lodging”)
官舎 = kansha かんしゃ = official residence / lodging house for civil servants
産業住宅 = housing for industrial workers
合同宿舎 = gōdō shukusha ごうどうしゅくしゃ = joint dormitory / Ministry of Finance civil servants lodging
コーシャハイム kosha heim = a JKK apartment “brand”; ハイム is from German ‘heim‘ meaning ‘home’. コーシャ is from the last K in JKK (Twitter)
公舎 kosha (official residence)
舎独身寮 = single’s housing / single’s dormitory
家族寮 = family housing (家族 = family and 寮 = dormitory or housing)
職員宿 = employee’s lodging / staff hotel
